Terms of Use
Last updated: October 29, 2026
By using trycleanswipe.com or requesting CleanSwipe services, you agree to these terms. A signed engagement letter or statement of work controls if it conflicts with this page.
Who we are
CleanSwipe provides consulting related to merchant processing fees, chargeback representment support, and processor-exit planning. We are not a bank, payment processor, law firm, or credit-repair service.
No guarantees of outcome
Fee savings and chargeback results depend on your processor, card mix, evidence quality, and network rules. We do not guarantee savings amounts, approval rates, or dispute wins. Website examples are illustrative only.
Contingency pricing (summary)
- Fee Audit: Typically 35% of verified monthly savings for 12 months after savings begin; no audit fee if no verified savings. 30-day cancel from engagement start; no auto-renew after the savings-share window.
- Chargeback Disputes: No charge until you win — typically 20% of recovered amounts (15% for active audit clients), with practical minimum/maximum share amounts confirmed in writing before work.
- Clean Exit: Quoted separately.
Processor-assessed chargeback fees, PCI fees, and similar costs remain your responsibility unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate statements and dispute materials
- Redact full card numbers when feasible
- Authorize us in writing before we contact your processor on your behalf
- Comply with your merchant agreement and applicable law
